Advocate Sougat Sinha has a total work experience of 20 years. He has a masters from Queen Mary, University of London in Corporate and Commercial Laws with distinction in his thesis which was published in the journal, International Construction Law Review [2013] ICLR 161. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and started his career as a Practicing Company Secretary in the year 2002. He moved into corporate advisory in the year 2006 and performed various inhouse roles as Manager Legal and Head of Legal of an expanding hospitality group. Since 2012, after graduating from Queen Mary, Sougat is practicing as an Advocate and appears before all forums in New Delhi including the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, District Courts of Delhi, NCLT, NCLAT, DRT and DRAT. He primarily represents corporate clients in commercial matters and is on the active panel of Bank of Baroda and regularly represents the Bank in the various forums in the NCT of Delhi. He is recognized as an astute advisor sought for seeking resolution to various complex legal issues in connection with contractual disputes, contract negotiation, litigation strategy in commercial and banking matters. Sougat is registered with Bar Council of Delhi and is a member of Delhi High Court Bar Association, NCLT & AT Bar Association, Saket Bar Association, Indian Council of Arbitration, ICADR and NCLT & IBC Committee of PHDCCI.

Advocate Gayathri Manasa Rayaprolu completed her five-year integrated LLB in 2015. She holds a PG Diploma in International Trade and Business Law and Intellectual Property Rights from ISIL, New Delhi. Gayathri pursued her interest in core litigation since the beginning of her career and has grown over the last 6 years as an ingenious litigation lawyer with expertise in handling contractual disputes, real estate matters, consumer matters, administrative matters, insolvency cases, negotiable instruments cases and data privacy laws. She appears in matters invoking the writ jurisdiction of the Hon’ble High Court. She represents clients in various commercial arbitration cases and appears regularly before the original side of the High Court. Gayathri has expertise in drafting writs, commercial suits, arbitration claims and petitions. She regularly appears before the various courts and tribunals in the NCT of Delhi including High Court, Supreme Court and District Courts, Tribunals including NCDRC, State Commission, District Commission(s), DRT, NCLT, NCLAT, CAT, DST, RERA, PMLA etc. She actively contributes to the society through pro-bono matters specifically related to human rights. She is enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi and is a member of Delhi High Court Bar Association and Rouse Avenue Bar Association.

 

Advocate Navneet Kumar Pandey graduated in law in the year 2021 from Delhi University and has been providing crucial support to the litigation team in various courts in Delhi. He is a member of the Bar Council of Delhi and regularly appears before all courts and tribunals in Delhi. He is skilled in drafting legal documents and takes special interest in matters connected with information technology act, criminal complaint in banking frauds, negotiable instruments act, consumer forums and RERA. He is member of Delhi High Court Bar Association.
