Sougat Sinha brings over two decades of legal experience and strategic acumen to his role as Managing Partner at Artha. A Supreme Court Advocate-on-Record and a Fellow Company Secretary, he is recognized for his extensive expertise in commercial litigation, insolvency resolution, security enforcement, construction disputes resolution, arbitration, and debt recovery. He regularly appears before the Delhi High Court, DRTs, NCLT, and the Supreme Court. Sougat is also a Registered Resolution Professional and an empanelled Arbitrator with CIAC. He holds an LL.M. from Queen Mary, University of London with distinction in International Construction Contracts & Arbitration and his scholarly work Public Procurement in India has been published in the International Construction Law Journal. His deep knowledge of contract negotiation, construction law, and corporate advisory makes him a trusted counsel for leading financial institutions, corporates, and public sector bodies.

With over a decade of courtroom experience, Gayathri Manasa is a litigation expert known for her sharp legal mind and empathetic approach. Her practice encompasses a wide range of areas including commercial arbitration, consumer disputes, real estate litigation, administrative law, and data privacy. Gayathri appears before the Supreme Court, High Court of Delhi, NCLT, NCDRC, RERA, and other key tribunals. She holds a Postgraduate Diploma in International Trade and Business Law from ISIL and actively contributes to social causes through pro bono advocacy.
